Vintage 60’s/70’s NWTH Medical Sweatshirt, size Medium Dyed popular Worn In

Amazing 60's-70's era crewneck, very interesting dye. Has some light staining/holes, pictured in photos. No tags, feels like cotton poly, pretty thin as far as sweatshirts go. Best fits a medium. Measurements are:

Pit to pit: 20”
Shoulder to bottom: 24.5”
Underarm seam to sleeve: 19”
