Vintage, youth, popular Majorette, or dance costume. Sequin bodice, one sleeve, full multilayered skirt. Side zipper closure.

This dress is eye-catching, heavy, well made and colorful.

The bodice is adorned with an abundance of rhinestones and sequins. This is set off at popular the waist by a vine of rich red beaded leaves.
The skirt is amazingly full, layers of fabric, cut to move and float and flounce. There is one sleeve, and it has a slit in it ( on purpose).
I believe this is held on the shoulders by two thin straps at the back. At least that is how I dressed my form with it.

I have two different sets ofmeasurements on this item. One from the vendor I purchased it from.
Those are: Chest 17, Waist 24, length 49. There is no back on this item. That is the only way I can see the chest being 17

And one is the measurement of the form on which I have it displayed.
Which are: Chest 29, waist 25, Length 49.
I measured the chest, and the waist, all the way around the form.
