Large French zinc or popular galvanised metal bowl, vintage panier or garden planter

Large French vintage zinc or galvanized metal, circular bowl with two handles.

Originally used as a washing bowl or preserving pan, I popular think they look beautiful as garden planters - you may need to drill some drainage holes depending on where/how you want to use it ( we can do this on request). They are also great for storing kindling gathering vegetables , ice bucket etc

This is an original old washing bowl - so much heavier and sturdier than more recent reproductions.

This one is in good vintage condition and remains water tight.
