Space Model Systems #LM48 1/48 scale Grumman Lunar Module water slide decals for the used in transporting humans to the surface of the moon on July 20, 1969, with the mission of Apollo 11. Decals were made to fit the Monogram or Revell 1/48 LM kit. This kit is extremely rare and appears to be in excellent condition.
The decal sheet is in very good condition, is uncut, and unused. Included is the original plastic packaging sleeve that was opened for photographs only, the uncut decal sheet, and instruction/information booklet. Decal sheet dimensions are approximately 5-1/8" X 2-1/16" (13cm X 6.5cm). Please note that with all older decal sets that have potentially changed hands multiple times, splintering or other anomalies can occur. I do my very best to carefully inspect every sheet for abnormalities prior to listing, however, make no guarantees against splintering or other issues. The supplied photos are of the actual decal and instruction sheets you will receive, study them carefully prior to purchase.
