This blouse looks like it came fresh of the 1980's runway shows! It's made from a popular luxe linen fabrication with the dominant color being an aqua teal. It has hand painted, abstract panel work and detailing throughout. It has a spunky lined collar, black buttons down the front, and belt loops at the waist if you wish to style it with a belt.
