Sweetheart expansion popular bracelet Occupied Japan seed pearl bracelet

Antique sweetheart expansion bracelet with faux seed pearls and faux blue topaz. The central element is look like Oleg Cassini jewelry, but I've never seen the stretch bracelet (only bangles).
Good condition (tarnishing, oxidation etc., please see photos).
