This collection features classic Halloween designs with a vintage twist. This adorable extra fluffy tutu is the fullest and fluffiest in the industry. All of my tutus are "cupcake style" and are made with yards and yards of premium tulle. This set also includes the matching candy corn hat which is attached to a headband. This tutu is perfect for birthday parties, photo shoots, Halloween costume or a visit to the Pumpkin Patch.

The popular tutu in the picture is 6" in length and can be made to fit newborn up to 2T. The child in the photo is an average size 6 month old. It is made to be a short classic "cupcake style" tutu fit and would be really cute with leggings, leg warmers, or a matching diaper cover or bloomers.
