I've already removed my google and my Samsung account from it so it is ready for the next owner. Not google locked or any kind of locked. I will reset it before sending and when u receive it, it will startup like it's brand new. You have to enter your own google and Samsung accounts. Samsung Galaxy tab A 8 Comes with a "rugged" case so it can withstand a lot before breaking. It has a really good wrist straps. The case itself was $45! And it's amazing.
