The blank name plate that came with it, is still in popular original packaging (photo 2). Can be used to put autograph on or have engraved. Phone has Irish on front (photo 1&3), can be hung on wall and is all new. Tabs on bottom have become tacky over the years, so they'll either need to be replaced or covered because it will stick and leave marks.
