In a nut shell, ICP gave a bunch of money to charity from the proceeds of the Bizzar / Bizar album, I believe all proceeds. To bolster sales they had asked the Juggalos to buy an extra copy and give them away to someone. If you sent in your receipt, they mailed you one of the Ray Day CD Roms. It has all the Shaggy Shows up to 2001, Juggalo Trivia featuring Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope and Rude Boy, as well as a photo gallery of some rare images. It was recently featured on the Psychopathic's Holiday Love Auction. It is still in great shape for being over 22 years old, it does have some slight surface scratches.
