They were hand set by me & have a 8 x 6mm oval Genuine Black Opal w/ Star Cabochon in them. I am NOT a "professional" jeweler where I can tell you weight & carats etc....I can only tell you the size of settings I used for the stones. I HAVE taken my Genuine Stone jewelry pieces down to MY local jewelry store & I asked them to make sure that A) my stones WERE indeed Genuine & that B) I was pricing my items accordingly.
My pictures REALLY don't do them JUSTICE! I was in bright sunlight trying to get good outdoor pictures/lighting...it doesn't seem to have worked that well.
Sterling silver setting with ear wire(fish hook style), these are pierced earrings & will hang down about 1" slightly longer. These are ONE OF A KIND for ME & I will NEVER make another pair like these again.
