USPS Commemerative Stamp popular Club 1987-1989 123 Stamps

This binder included 123 commemorative stamps from 1987-1988. I received the membership as a gift when I was a kid and have had it ever since. This would make a fun gift for a philatelist or someone who was born in one of those years! I have included selected pictures from throughout the book, but please message me with questions or if you would like more pictures.
