Custom House painting done by hand on watercolor paper.

This item is made to order based on a photograph that you provide me by email. I require a high resolution photo of the exact angle that you wish to have painted. (Phone photos should be acceptable as long as they are crisp, not blurry, and taken in decent lighting).

I will message you a picture of the final illustration for your approval before it is mailed.

You will receive the original, physical painting in the mail. It will be shipped in a no-bend mailer between sheets of cardboard to protect it.

Photos can be sent to me either through Etsy conversations, or by email to shelikesletters [!at] gmail.com

I will use a mix of watercolor paints to create your custom house painting. I am also able to write the address below the illustration.
