Out of box figure. Figure and stand sealed in plastic. Not sure if they were ever removed or not. I couldn't for the life of me get clear pics of the defects with the plastic so you are just going to have to trust me that they are there :/ Does have some scratches on the his back. And a mark on the back of his leg popular. I do see other minor defects also. Box is in good condition. Shelf wear on the corners and edges. Slight surface scratches.
