We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address provided at time of order and/or if it goes to the wrong location. We are not liable for any stolen, lost or misdelivered items. Once item is shipped USPS then becomes responsible. If this happens, please contact your local USPS. Refund, replacement will cannot be offered under any circumstance with regards to USPS.

RETURNED ORDERS

All orders are final. I do accept returns unless a mistake is made on my part (spelling, wrong size, etc.) on a product ordered. If a product comes damaged contact me immediately. Damage item solution (replacement) request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. message us through ETSY within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged items, minimum of 3 photos. We will look into the matter and contact you within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours of placing initial order. After 24 hours' item will be created and shipped to the address provided at time or order.

REFUSED ORDERS (ATTEMPTED DELIVERY)
Any orders refused by buyer and/or recipient of gift will NOT be refunded no exceptions. Item can be reshipped at buyers expense plus $10.00. Reship fee varies by item/weight/recipient location. Please contact us for reship pricing for your item as well as any fees selling pays due to item refusal, if any are charged.
