Vintage 1977 Franklin Mint Majestic Wild Animals Of The World The African Lion By Donald Richard Miller Framed Silver Wall Sculpture popular Plaque

This is one of six sterling silver Wall Sculptures portraying majestic wild animals of the world issued in 1977 by The Franklin Mint. It is titled "The African Lion" and is signed on the bottom right by the artist Donald Richard Miller and has the original Franklin Mint label attached on the back. The 9 1/4" square raised, textured silver sculpture depicts a male and female lion resting on a large rock. It comes ready to hang in a matted brown and silver wood popular frame that measures approximately 17 3/4" square. The artwork is in good vintage condition with wear on the silver including tarnish spots and scratches, wear on the matting and frame including tears, scuffs, scratches and chips, and wear on the paper backing including rips, water stains and black markings.
