This doll is a souvenir doll that was made by June in 1989. She lived in South Dakota on a ranch, as a new wife and young mother. That is when she discovered her talent. Therefore, many of her works of art were Native Indigenous inspired. This item is one of those. Please notice that she used the tiniest glass beads. The dress is real suede leather, soft, and supple.
