I decided to name this piece after the main featured horse. The stud in the front is named “Alberta Mountain,” which is perfectly matched for a character with such size and composure. The name of the horse and title of the artwork perfectly rounds out the piece into capturing Alberta pride, strength and respect for the western way of life!
This piece was challenging as it required balancing both cool and warm colours all in one piece. But I hope you appreciate this stunning chalk pastel piece I created!! ✨
