Vintage 60s White Arnel popular Smocked Sleeveless Pleated Dress Matching Belt NOS Sz 14

Vintage 1960's popular very sweet NOS white arnel fabric sleeveless dress. Crewneck dress front is smocked 1/3 of the way from neck. Includes matching belt at waist. Down from waist line knee length skirt is pleated with accordion pleats. Fabric is somewhat sheer. Dress zips up in back. Still has original size 14 tag but no manufacturer. Dress is a bit wrinkled and there is some yellowing from storage (should wash out as this fabric's benefit is easy to clean)but otherwise in excellent condition.
