We have increased our processing times due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Your order will be shipped within 4-6 weeks after completion of the payment process.

We do not accept cancellations, but do contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Your order will be shipped via India Registered Post, which usually takes around 15-21 business days. Postal systems across the world have informed of delay in order deliveries due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Kindly be prepared for a longer than usual wait for your order.
If you'd like your order sooner then drop in a message and we'll arrange expedited shipping for you, which takes 7-10 business days. However, we charge extra for expedited shipping.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. Please keep tracking your purchase so that you don't miss out on receiving it.

Please note that since we send your order via registered post, SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY is necessary.

If the order doesn't reach within the stipulated time frame, then its likely that the post office tried to deliver your order and you weren't home to receive it. And you will have to collect your order from the post office or it will be sent back to us.



Returns will not be accepted without prior consent. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We shall refund the full amount minus shipping charges provided the item is returned within 21 days of delivery.

Please note that a restocking fee of 20% of the item price will apply to all items returned where the item/s was originally shipped for free.

For unclaimed orders, we won't be able to issue a refund, and will re-ship it only once the buyer pays a nominal re-shipment fee.
