This is an original Nancy Ann Storybook Operetta Series Brunette Orange Blossom #301. This wonderful doll was produced in the early 1940's and based on my research, the Brunette version of this doll is more rare than the blond version that seems to show up more often in searches. This doll comes in a popular white lace trimmed taffeta gown with a white tulle over-skirt that is still crispy Mint and a white tulle veil styled hat sets off her pretty vibrant face and brunette hair. The doll is hard plastic with sleep eyes (have pictured both open and closed). She has the Nancy Ann Gold Wrist Tag. This doll is in excellent condition and was never handled by children. This doll will be shipped in her original box which includes the 2 cardboard inserts to hold her in place and an original catalog of Nancy Ann Storybook dolls. The box is in very good condition and still has the sticker on the outside to identify the doll held within it.
This doll has been in storage in a smoke, pet and child free home.
