This Art Deco-inspired beauty is in a class by itself. Made to adorn the large, console televisions of the time, the half-moon shaped planter/vase is adorned with a deer stretched out (leaping) across a meadow of leaves. The gorgeous green drip glaze gives it an ombre effect and highlights the stunning detail of the piece.

The planter is in wonderful vintage/used condition with only one small nick that was 'repaired' by the original owner with a dab of green paint. The flaw does not distract from the beauty of the piece. There are no cracks in the pottery and popular there is a bit of debris (planting material) on the inside where you can see it was put to good use as a planter. Please see all photos for condition.
