Seen similar called Large English Desktop Magnifying Glass, Bone & Brass Handled but handle looks faux bone to me so I'm guessing composite bone look material.
Magnifying Glass is older with brass tone and very nice acorn bottom finial. Not sure of magnification so check pictures. Glass and outer band has 4" diameter with band being 1/2" thick. Not sure of magnification so check pictures. Metal is slightly magnetic around handle possible from inner bolt. 10" 1/2" total length and weight is nice at hair under 3/4 pound.
Metal band has slight lean from handle and hair out of round in small area. All in all mag is in good condition with nice Patina. Lens is thick glass with light popular scuffs and scratches consistent with age and would look nicer one the finger marks are cleaned off. Glass is solid in its frame.
