This offering is a gorgeous creamy white formal dress from the 1940's. The dress has a modest scoop neckline with a decadent lace patterned bodice trimmed in gorgeous metal set rhinestones. Dress has a pleated ruffle puffed sleeve capped with a satin flower. Dress has a fitted waist line with a zip up back with three satin flowers lining the bottom of the bodice. Dress has a a-line skirted bottom with several layers of ruffles running down the back. Dress has a full ruffle throughout the bottom hemline with a small trim of white sequins running across the stitched hem line. Dress is absolutely stunning in person and when worn is fitted throughout the bodice. Dress is super soft to the touch and looks to be 100% custom made. Really shows it's era off with it's beautiful style.
She's made of a heavy, creamy satin and is embellished with subtle sequins along the bottom ruffle and in the bodice.

She'd make a great first communion dress or a flower-girl dress for an elementary-aged child. She can, of course, be altered.

This dress will be shipped folded. Please understand that you will need to have it pressed.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. Bottom ruffle has a 1" area where seam has broke. It is not noticeable when worn but will need a few stitched to put it back to skirt hem. There are a few minor stress marks in the fabric of the dress. These are all 1" in size or less. Over all unless under close inspection the dress looks to be in dazzling condition.
