This is a 1962 Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris Life Magazine advertisement insert that still has the Life Magazine mail subscription mail in attachment on it. Very rare. In good shape and will display nicely. Does have a slight tear on the bottom part of the mantle white border but really does not take away from this great piece.
