An original architectural perspective of an industrial building (factory or warehouse?).

Hand drafted and painted architectural drawing. Vintage architectural drawing required so much accuracy and attention to details. In a matter of time, there will popular be no one left to draw and paint such detailed by hand. For those reasons, I appreciate them and wish to save these art from the past.

It is signed but not legible to me. Any information will be appreciated.

The painting has fallen and is off centered right now. Correcting will be easy but time consuming (by removing so many tiny screws).
