Hand wash only, no soaking.
Do not microwave. Not dishwasher safe.
Do not expose tumbler to extreme heat (such as leaving it in your car).
If dropped the epoxy may popular crack. I cannot be responsible for damage (even accidental) caused by the customer.
*In the event that your tumbler is damaged, please reach out to me immediately upon arrival.

Due to the custom nature of items like this and for hygienic reasons we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if we have made a mistake.
