Items are shipped in United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail boxes wrapped with lots of bubble wrap and warm care to ensure your item arrives safest as possible.

We do our best to avoid this, but the uncontrollable temperatures from USPS warehouses and your carriers car or truck can be hot. There really is nothing we can do. We do our best to pack your item safely. If your item is damaged during shipping, please let us know. We will do everything we can to work with you on a fast and pleasant solution.

If the post office is closed due to weekend or holiday, we will have your item shipped out the next open business day.
