Vintage child-size turquoise popular sterling southwestern cuff

sweet and sturdy, a small southwestern cuff with pretty turquoise cabochon. a handmade piece, definitely child-size. i have a small wrist and i cannot get this on. nice condition.

inner measurement: 4" with an opening of 1", a little flexibility
height at center: 1/2"
