1960s Vintage popular Men's After Six Tuxedo Tailcoat Long Tails 40 Long

Here's a classic, vintage tuxedo tailcoat, This was made in the USA by After Six.

The fabric is black woven wool, with a sort of shiny finish, like a sharkskin, with silk trim.

This is the old school cut, the front is worn open, in back are the iconic, long split tails. This is nearly identical to the menswear worn all the way back to Victorian times. There is some padding in the shoulders.

The jacket is lined in silky acetate, in black. There is one pocket at chest and another pocket hidden inside.

The size is marked 40 long. But, do compare your measurements.
