The seal with the effigy of St-Martial, Elite works, is the trademark of manufacture, during the period 1920-1932.

A bit of history:
Bawo & Dotter was a New York company in 1860 to import mainly porcelain from Limoges. It was in 1870 that they established a factory in Limoges, called The Elite Works. Production began in 1896 until 1914 and resumed after the end of the war. The firm continued its production until 1932. popular
