A gorgeous pair of well worn French work pants c. 1950s. These are in great shape! They have a button fly and pleats under the waistband for a comfortable fit. These have a button fly and belt loops as well as buttons on the inside of the waistband so they could be worn with either a belt or suspenders. They are soft and very comfortable feeling to the touch. These trousers are produced using a heavy cotton denim that has been softly worn, built to withstand time and daily work use! The tone is lovely deep blue. Lovely dyed cotton. There is some slight fading near the fly and around the back pockets, but this adds lovely worn look to these pants. These are super sturdy and strong, ready for more work! These textiles were used throughout the French countryside and can still be seen today! These would look so great with a fitted tee and pair of sneakers, or for study or costume!

CONDITION: This lovely textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There is light fading and wear on these pants. There is a lot of life left in these pants! This textile is in wonderful condition for its age and use. All antique textiles have light signs of time and use, often inherent in these wonderful vintage finds!
