CRYSTAL popular VASE

Crystal vase measuring 9 1/2" h x 4 1/4" dia. This is a lovely vase which has a blue popular cast to the outside which gradually intensifies toward the bottom. Something is inscribed on bottom that looks like "VA... 274". Not certain as it is hard to see. Heavy. Truly a beautiful piece - without flowers.
