Distinctive popular Roosting Black Brown Bird w Deeply Etched Wings Inuit Art Carving, Signed

Lovely Inuit carving of a roosting bird composed in a very attractive dark green/ black/ brown stone.

Head raised high; wonderful deeply etched wings

Artist name is inscribed in Inuktitut syllabics A I -PA JA- KA. However, I don't have a match for that signature.

The underside of the carving also has a bilingual "igloo" label and is dated 75 along with 93019.
