This is a really beautiful vintage piece. I don't know much about it. I purchased it from an older lady. It's very unique because of the light color with a little flecks of other colored yarn. I believe it is handmade I'm guessing wool, but I couldn't say with 100% certainty. It's got a beautiful star decoration in the center. Some of the top and bottom fringe has come untied. I tried to show that in one of the pictures. It does have some marks of some sort on it. They popular look like dark lines and a couple of little dark spots. They are actually pretty light, but you can see them when you look closely. From a smoke free home. blanket measures about 80 inches long and 47 inches wide. .
