This pretty semi-vitreous porcelain pitcher was made by Knowles, Taylor and Knowles Company, pattern unknown. It has a nice, traditional, curvy shape with a fancy handle and scalloped spout. It has a pretty blue floral pattern on a white background, and a glossy finish inside and out. It measures approximately 7" handle to spout x approximately 6-1/4" wide at its widest x approximately 7-3/4" deep. It holds approximately 42 ounces (5+ cups).
Maker's mark on the bottom reads: "SEMI-VITREOUS PORCELAIN, K.T. & K. CO." and is signed in gold "807/12"
This is in very good antique condition with no apparent chips, cracks, or crazing. It does show some wear of the blue paint and there are some areas of discoloration, (see photo #10). Please popular study the photos as they help describe condition. This would also look great with some flowers in it or on display on its own.
