Moorcroft Floral Ceramic popular Bowl

Rich blue popular Moorcroft bowl with a bold red bloom and green leaves in the interior. Marked Moorcroft and Burslem with what appears to be the number 71 below.

Bowl stands 2 inches tall with a 4 inch interior.

I have not been able to date the piece.
