** All boards are finished with food safe products (mineral oil and beeswax) and are intended for food to be placed directly onto board

** After use, wash the board with a damp, soapy cloth. Do not submerge the board in water. Once washed and dried, apply a coat of mineral oil or board conditioner (a mixture of mineral oil and beeswax) to the board. Let it sit for 2 hours and wipe off any excess oil.

** Routinely apply mineral oil or board conditioner to board to keep conditioned. We suggest you do this once per month.

** It is common for surface scratches, knife marks, stains, or raised/roughed wood grain to occur. A light sanding with fine sand paper will restore the surface to like new condition. Apply mineral oil or board conditioner to board after sanding
