The skirt has a belt with plastic snaps.

Pencil dress: straight cut, high-neck collar, zipper at the back, wide sleeves with plastic snaps at cuffs.

Skirt: thick cotton satin - 70% polyester / 30% cotton; net - 100% polyester.
