After the purchase of this license you have the right to use a unlimited Memeklu product for the realization of a personal or commercial project for yourself or for a client, with a production limit of 500 copies/sales WITHOUT THE NEED TO CREDIT Memeklu.

Each Extended Commercial License applies to a single product.
If you want to use several products, you should buy a separate Extended License for each item in our shop.

If you intend to produce an item with the Memeklu design exceeding 250,000 pieces and/or copies, please contact popular me for a special license.

By purchasing The License, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use Memeklu.
You CANNOT redistribute any artworks by Memeklu as clipart, digital pattern, or claim the item as your own for resale in any shape or form.
You CANNOT deconstruct or change the color the graphic, combine with other graphic, repackage and resell as digital clipart.
I do not permit the vectorizing or redrawing of our artworks.
If your customers plan to sell some products with your design, they will need to purchase their own License in my shop.
All rights, title, interest, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Memeklu.

The graphics may not be used as is, in a stand-alone fashion, but rather needs to form part of a new design that incorporates other resources, graphics and/or text. My artworks shouldn't be by themselves, they should be a part of the new product.

For digital embroidery or cross stitch patterns for sale you need to buy the license and additionally credit us on your product page where you sell it.
It's not possible to use this License to produce prints on textiles, unless these are less than 20% of the project.
