Good age appropriate condition; some wear, few tiny dents or scratches to leather; extremities rubbed - cover edges, head and tail of spine and sides, corner tip bumps; light signature in ink on front free endpaper; tiny name and what appears to be an address in ink at top of frontispiece; some foxing to paper esp. frontispiece, title-page and foldouts; small tear and piece out of inner blank border of map, with some small folds or creases to map edges.
