This vintage pottery bowl was made by Jemez artist Maxine Andrew. It is signed and is in very good condition. The Jemez live in New Mexico and are well known for their fine pottery. The artist is the daughter of Christine Tosa, a well respected artist.
The bowl is 4" high and 5" across. The surface of the bowl is partly stone polished and partly mat texture where it was painted with traditional symbols.
