Man this butler has the loudest speaker ever can be heard so far away and clear!!! Very under rated and barley seen anymore was hardly made in 2018 from at home. 3 flaws on this one side of the bottom no longer has the base doesn't hurt animatronic, the left arm hook was made too long so the one little pole entry has to bend to fit very easy and it's missing the gold plate which was flimsy plastic and you could put a gory plate full of food or whatever would make your haunt over the top any questions please let me know man this guy is crazy the speaker I would say is the best I've heard on 60+ props popular he is actually quite awesome I added a photo to show what he looks like.
