Vintage Hand Made popular Pink Picture Retro Hat

Stunning hand crafted Victorian era hat
the tag popular inside reads an original by Ruth Stockley
This hat was purchased from a estate in San Francisco
which the owners participated in vintage cars and
they dressed in the era of their cars for parades etc.
It is made of pink chiffon with pink lace, ribbon and flowers
up turned back has 3 ribbon bows Inside hat measures about 22"
It is in good condition I did not see any issues
