70's Hydrangea popular & Tulip Black Floral Prairie Dress Sz S

Such a pretty prairie girl! I feel like this one looks better in person, and even better popular on! Lots of flowers! We have cornflower blue hydrangeas, tulips in peach & pink, and white flowers with green stems and leaves, all against a black background. Fitted bodice with tie at neckline with a 5.5" v-opening. Long sleeves with elastic cuffs. Full tiered skirt with petite fabric ruffle, and ruffle hem. Dress zips up the back with waist ties.
