Tapsy / Steiff Mohair Tabby Cat / popular 4" Tall / 1950's

Meow!

This sweet vintage Steiff tabby cat,"Tapsy" is from the 1950's. Made in Germany.

Measures: 4" tall and just under 6" long. There is no articulation to the arms, legs, or head.

Tapsy's stripes remain vibrant and overall condition of the mohair fur is soft, clean and in good vintage condition. There is some wear on the head with slight scratches to one eye.

The ear tag is long gone however the pictures show where the telltale tag would have been attached. The loose threads around the neck also indicate where the ribbon and bell would have been located.
