1982 Hasbro G.I. Joe Counter Intelligence Scarlett RC/XRC SGC 8.0 (Total SGC Pop 2, PSA Pop 0). RARE! You may be familiar w/ the 1986 Hasbro G.I. Joe Action Cards, which are widely considered to be the "rookie cards" for popular figures such as Snake Eyes & Scarlett. However that set was in-fact preceded by a 1982 G.I. Joe playing card set (Milton Bradley, makers of Uno), which features depictions of some important characters & are the "true" RC of a few key characters! Slightly smaller than a standard sized trading card, w/ rounded corners & glossy finish, resembling an Uno playing card. This came directly from a sealed/unopened pack, and yet a very tough 8.0 grade by SGC, is first ever graded 1982 Scarlett RC! Open to reasonable offers.
