This is a lovely style to knit, and it's becoming a really popular stitch because it's thicker, more 3-dimensional looking than traditional ribbing. As with all our products, the materials are 100% natural with no chemicals or dyes added.
Supplied with 300gm (175m) Gorgeous Aran made from 50% baby alpaca/50% merino, 5.5mm needles, a darning needle, and a faux fur pompom.The mix of baby* alpaca and merino means it both super soft and easy to knit with. * Note: "baby alpaca" means the fleece used has a very fine micron, not that we stole the fleece from a baby cria!
Fisherman's Rib is fairly similar, and related to popular brioche, but much easier and quicker. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED KNITTERS ONLY.
