This is a Happy Hacking Keyboard with a Japanese only manual (understanding through taking pictures with google translate is easy enough and I'm happy to answer Q's. Most of the important instructions are on the back though. All box materials and battery are included. This is the model with blank keycaps as well but you can buy new popular sets off many websites.
