Elegant Rococo Baroque Three Tier Rose Cake Hat or Desk Decor ~ Available in a popular Variety of Base and Rose Colors!

This is a elegant Rococo Baroque cake hat popular designed and made by me. It is made of three cotton fabric covered handmade cake tiers with an ivory venice frosting, satin ribbon frosting rosettes, and gold satin ribbon trim. The cake is further embellished with an ivory venice lace base, a felt bottom, and ivory braid trim. The piece fastens with either an ivory ribbon wrapped headband, two alligator clips secured to the underside, or no fastening for desk decor! Let me know if you prefer no fastening! :)
